Job Description
We on the lookout for a Head of Acquisition Marketing Analytics (all genders) to join the BI and Marketing Analytic ( BIMA) team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
BIMA is part of the Global marketing team responsible for central BI and marketing analytics. BIMA’ s team mission is to drive marketing actions through data-driven solutions & strategic insights to ensure sustainable growth. We drive strategic projects such as customer segmentation, marketing ROI measurement , CLV and support the C-level in making strategic decisions across all brands and countries.
The Head of Marketing Acquisition Analytics will be responsible for leading and optimizing our marketing acquisition strategies through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing leads, product, and data science teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions to improve user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical thinker with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and a proven track record in driving user acquisition for technology-driven companies. This is a global position working closely with our brands in over 70 countries and implementing strategy from our HQ in Berlin.

Utilize your strategic vision and leadership to develop and execute marketing acquisition analytics strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights on user acquisition performance and trends.

Design and implement A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Create tools , KPI frameworks, and reports to measure ROI of marketing spend. Continuously monitor and guide marketing spend across various channels to maximize ROI.

Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on data needs and create global guidelines on how data needs to be collected and consumed.

Develop and enforce standardized naming conventions and tagging strategies for marketing campaigns and data collection.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on user acquisition for technology-driven consumer facing companies.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of analysts and data scientists.

Strong proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Big Query, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python/R).

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and other experimental design methodologies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including paid search, social media, and content marketing.

Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to analyze and optimize marketing effectiveness across multiple channels.
Nice to have

Experience in agile development and methodologies

MS or PhD in computer science, statistics, math, physic, business, etc

Expertise in developing and implementing naming conventions and tagging strategies to ensure data consistency in a global organization.
