adhoq is a fast growing performance advertising startup. Our core advantage is deep knowledge and experience in all sectors of digital advertising landscape and adtech.
To expand our business, we are hiring for a Head of Affiliate for our brand new Affiliate Network. This is going to be a critical role in the company.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry;
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.
- Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills
- You must be a DOER.. A self starter (We donβt like to micro-managing)
- Very good English writing and communication skills
- Not having a 9 to 5 mentality. You must be available in different time since we work with different timezone
Good to have skills
- Experience and knowledge in Dating vertical
- Established relationship with advertisers and affiliates in the industry
