TikTok's Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across CEE, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our shared brands.

The Head of Agency Partnerships will lead our Agencies team, which is responsible for leading and building long term partnerships with media agencies and ecosystem players in the CEE region. The goal of the partnerships is to ensure sustained revenue and share-of-wallet growth for the platform, in close collaboration with the dedicated advertiser sales teams and other internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Revenue management and planning,
- Develop strategic, sustainable partnerships across key media agency partners in Central Europe, including BIG6 agencies,
- Identify areas of incremental revenue growth and blockers across the entire agency book of business,
- Partner closely with XFN partners, including Head of Trading to build and execute Agency commercial agreements,
- Work with key agency partners on fulfilling the goals under global and local partnership agreements,
- Support agency and direct sales teams on removing all internal and external blockers,

Agency Enablement
- Develop and launch enablement programs including, but not limited to marketing, measurement, insights, upskilling, and intelligence sharing across all agency stakeholders
- Establish media and beyond-media strategic partnerships
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through TikTok services

Ecosystem Partnership
- Identify potential market partners that can enable TikTok's exponential growth
- Establish and oversee strategic partnerships including coordination with internal company stakeholders
- Create partnership best practices that can be shared across other geographies

Leadership
- Lead on people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
- Represent company in key industry events relevant for the Agency / Media landscape

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of leading Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
- Familiarity with Poland agency eco system and advertising market
- Experience in Media, Advertising, ideally with a focus on digital and programmatic sales.
- Fluency in English is a must

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Central Europe agency eco System and advertising market
- Existing network across Big 6 and major indie agencies in CEE
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Ability to work in and navigate a global matrix organization
