The Role: 

The Managing Director of Product Management for Global Auto will be responsible for the creation of a portfolio of products that solve significant client problems and generate sustained revenue growth.  Such products will leverage any dataset from J.D. Power and our clients, advance analytics, integrate AI and LLMs, and workflow applications.   The role will focus on building solutions on the Palantir Platform.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role: 

The MD of Product Management will be an enterprise wide influencer who pioneers leveraging cutting edge technologies to create a new set of products that utilize all J.D. Power data assets and the latest advances in AI to deliver value to our clients and grow our business.  At the same time, they will define, create and execute an organizational strategy roadmap resulting in best practices for building AI-driven application solutions to enable the organization to scale its capabilities in this area.

 What You'll Be Doing in This Role: 

• Setting strategic direction for leveraging cutting edge technologies to create viable customer solutions
• Creating, cultivating and influencing the direction of enterprise engagement in cutting edge technologies.
• Pioneering and elevate a “fail forward” and innovation mindset
• Working closely with our business and sales teams to identify opportunities to deliver value to our clients and generate sustainable growth.  
• Working closely with our clients to understand their pain points and build solutions that deliver impactful outcomes.
• Leading and scaling a team to design, build and deliver AI-driven workflow applications.
• Working closely with our partner, Palantir, to collaborate in go-to-market activities, exchange best practices and build solutions for our clients

Qualifications of this Role: 

• Experience in building workflow applications, that are used by users to perform a job.
• Experience in leveraging AI and LLMs in workflow applications.
• Strong understanding of data quality and experience in using AI to improve data quality.
• Experience managing and growing a team that delivers and supports business applications.
