Overview:
Asthe Head of Alternate Channel Sales, a global role, you will be responsible formanaging relationships with key business partners and ensuring that their needsand expectations are met. This role typically involves identifying potentialbusiness partners, negotiating partnerships, and maintaining ongoingcommunication and collaboration with partners to achieve shared goals. Thisrole will start as an individual contributor role at the global level workingclosely with the regional leaders and their respective country businesspartners in building/refining the go-to-market for this channel. There is anopportunity for regional Business Partner managers to report into this roleonce the framework is established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a global business partner managementgovernance framework and support in-country business partner managers.
- Identify potential business partners andevaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential,and other factors.
- Negotiate partnership agreements andcontracts, including terms and conditions, payment structures, and other keydetails.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximizethe value of partnerships, such as joint marketing campaigns, co-brandedpromotions, and shared product development.
- Ensure that partners receive the support andresources they need to be successful, such as training, technical assistance,and access to company resources.
- Monitor partnership performance and metrics,such as revenue generated, customer satisfaction, and partner feedback, andusing this information to improve partnerships and drive growth.
- Communicate regularly with partners to buildstrong relationships, address issues or concerns, and identify newopportunities for collaboration.
- Price scaling as well as product positioning,product promotions and price positioning of the overall POC portfolio.
- Product launches, marketing events support,and product training.
Required Education,Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a businessmanagement, clinical or technical field
- 10+ years of experience in aninternational environment sales organization (regional or headquarters) andhave experience in partnering with external business partners
- Demonstrated experience developing andimplementing marketing plans and sales support
- Expert communication skills in acustomer environment, collaborative approach and customer focus
- Ability to travel internationally
The pay range for this position is $183,656.00 - $252,527.00annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience.
