Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Analytics to lead our data-driven strategies and optimize player experiences for our Match Hotel! game. In this role, you will shape the analytics roadmap, uncover insights, and drive decisions that elevate product performance, live operations, and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage large-scale data sets and advanced analytics technologies to identify trends and opportunities.

• Drive the delivery of high-impact, actionable insights, models, and tools in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Design, manage, and execute A/B testing frameworks, tools, and roadmaps to support decision-making.

• Continuously explore and implement new methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance team performance and capabilities.

• Build and validate advanced statistical models and player segmentations to refine player experiences.

• Monitor KPIs in real-time to ensure product health and provide timely recommendations to the monetization team.

• Lead data-focused meetings with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on a regular cadence.

• Develop and own dashboards, automation processes, and custom reporting to bridge data gaps proactively.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience in online, marketing, or big data environments; mobile gaming experience is a major plus.

• Passion to keep track of live data and have proactive recommendations out of this.

• Proficient in SQL, with solid experience in relational databases and big data systems.

• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau and advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Hands-on experience with Python or R and a strong grasp of statistical models and significance testing.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with sharp business acumen.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights clearly and effectively.

• Strong passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
