Head of Architecture

This role sits at the core of a major technology transformation within a global cloud communications environment.
You will define the architectural vision that supports AI-driven innovation and large-scale digital platforms.
Working within a Chief Innovation Office, you will help translate disruptive ideas into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
The position bridges cutting-edge product development with global operational excellence and telecom-scale infrastructure.
You will lead cross-domain architecture spanning AI, data, enterprise IT, and developer experience.
This is a high-impact leadership role shaping how millions of users communicate and collaborate worldwide.

You will define and drive the end-to-end technology strategy and reference architecture across product and IT ecosystems.

• Establish target architecture frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership to enable digital transformation
• Oversee technical governance while ensuring scalability, resilience, and business flexibility
• Guide investment decisions toward customer and employee experience outcomes
• Lead a multidisciplinary architecture team across AI, data, IT, telecom, and developer experience domains
• Foster innovation, experimentation, and architectural excellence across teams
• Coordinate closely with global stakeholders to align strategies and execution models
• Act as a bridge between innovation initiatives and enterprise-scale deployment

Requirements:
You bring extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technology leadership within complex, global environments.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or related leadership roles
• Proven success delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong background in SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or telecommunications environments
• Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, including integration, ERP, ITSM, and identity systems
• Experience translating business and operational needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior technical teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in matrix organizations and global, multi-stakeholder environments
