Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software sales and account management at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
  • 5 years of experience managing and developing a team that carries and exceeds business goals, supporting business and career development.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in Field Sales in the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and/or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
  • Experience promoting cloud computing technologies to large and complex organizations across geographies.
  • Experience in Solution-based sales and managing sales cycles with a focus on business intelligence.
  • Experience in achieving BI Sales quotas in a Specialist Sales capacity.
  • Experience in large BI Solutions sales.
  • Ability to build strong and continuous relationships with Google Cloud FSRs and CEs and also directly with C-level executives across the business and IT business units, ensure customer engagement and consumption, leading to revenue growth

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$196,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Represent the BI Business for North America to Executives in Management Business Reviews and Executive Forecast calls.
  • Oversee deliverance of solutions to customer business challenges and technical requirements, and map to the appropriate Google solution. Leverage repeatable sales plays as applicable and highlight opportunities to update industry pitches based on customer conversations.
  • Manage the executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor. Establish collaborative cross-functional relationships with Sales, Customer Engineering, Partners, Marketing, and other key roles to drive results.
  • Build, coach, motivate a team of BI Sales Specialists. Manage the team day-to-day, offering support for critical business opportunities and career mentorship.
  • Work with Engineering and Product Management to ensure that customer needs are represented in the BI Product Roadmap and raise requirements and engaged in Top Account escalations.
