Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and thoughtful strategic leader responsible for overseeing department strategy, client relationships and client growth. The Head of Client Strategy, together with their team, will work to ensure that the entire client journey, from onboarding to delivery to renewals and expansion, is positive, efficient, and optimized for the success of our amazing clients.

We are looking for someone who has a strong track record of running a successful client success program in a fast growing agency environment and is passionate about websites and their impact on business growth.

  • Type of Work: Full-time
  • Location: United States
Depending on the day, you’ll be:
  • Leading, rapidly growing, and coaching team members by setting the strategy and prioritizing our organizational goals.
  • Architecting the client success organization, including systems, structures, and processes, to support our ambitious revenue goals
  • Managing a centralized client success team responsible for supporting $10m+ of revenues
  • Developing thoughtful and strategic client success offerings and repeatable deliverable templates which engage clients at crucial points in the client lifecycle
  • Overseeing client success team productivity and track and report critical client success KPIs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and senior leadership to create client success enablement assets and playbooks to help educate clients on new or trending products and services offered by Webstacks
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience – can include account management, account sales, consulting
  • 5+ years experience in an agency environment with a mix of web, design, and development 
  • Strong strategic financial oversight over budgets, revenue, profitability
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience being the voice for the company and maintaining exceptional client relationships
Nice to have, but not necessary
  • Engineering, design, or marketing technology background
  • Experience with HubSpot Service Hub and HubSpot Sales Hub
  • Comfortable navigating JIRA
  • Familiarity with contract management tools like PandaDoc, Docusign and HelloSign
  • Knowledge of design systems and the atomic design methodology
  • Prior experience with requirements gathering, project scoping and managing contracts
  • Interest in the latest and greatest technologies

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 

SD Pay Range
$120,000—$150,000 USD
