About The Role
We're looking for a Head of Clinical Strategy & Operations to join our leadership team. Your role will be to lead our strategy on measuring and improving the quality of our clinical programs. You will be responsible for designing the quality measures we use to monitor patient care, collaborating with payer partners on innovative value-based programs, and outlining the policies needed to ensure the highest quality provider network. You will work closely with our technology and operations teams to help us deliver clinical quality at scale. In this role, you will report directly to our COO, and regularly interact with our CTO and CEO, to support our provider, patient, and partner stakeholders. We are open to full-time or part-time hours for this position.
You'd be a great fit if...

• You are a clinician - have 5+ years of experience as a psychiatrist or a PhD with experience both as a practicing provider as well as operating in a fast-paced, high growth business.
• You are a thought leader - with demonstrated passion for reimagining how behavioral health quality is defined, measured, and operationalized. This likely means you've worked in or closely follow health plans, health systems, or value-based care startups.
• You are a collaborator - eager and adept at working in concert with product and operations teams to infuse clinical strategy across the org.

You will...

• Work with our Technology and Operations teams to create a quality program that designs, measures, and incorporates BH measurements/outcomes at scale.
• Work with our Payer team to manage key partnerships with health systems and payers, delivering updates related to our clinical outcomes and value of care.
• Serve as a clinical thought leader internally, lending consultation to our Product and Customer support teams with new feature development or patient-centric protocols.
