Head of Consumer Product Marketing
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and lead our marketing strategy and execution to drive consumer growth through acquisition and engagement. This includes email, experimentation, in-product promos, and external marketing.
- Be Consumer Marketing's expert on marketing measurement and attribution, leading eMed's thinking about how to tie engagement outcomes back to marketing initiatives. Apply this strategy both within the Growth team and to eMed's Brand, Social, and Content team.
- Develop both the eCommerce and Retail channel strategies to maximize our revenue growth with current customers and expand the number of eMed users.
- Empower the team to deliver simple, clear, and actionable marketing messages to our growth audiences, either through paid media, in-app marketing, email, or in live events.
- Build partnerships with internal and external teams to build a program with world-class creative, attribution, and operations.
- Go beyond the marketing to ensure our guest experiences, app stores, and login walls are optimized for member engagement.
- Collaborate closely with R&D counterparts to align our marketing with the current eMed user growth strategy.
- Develop and lead a team of high-performing product marketers.
Requirements
10+ years experience in consumer marketing, including product marketing and/or growth marketing.
4+ years of experience managing high-performing individuals.
Preferred Qualifications
- eCommerce and Retail channel experience.
- App and healthcare marketing experience.
- Strong analytical thinker and experience in data-driven marketing.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to drive projects from ideas through execution; build strong internal relationships; and build consensus and alignment on critical initiatives.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing resources based on business impact.
- Experience using member insights to improve the product experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams.
