Gallery Media Group is a rapidly growing digital media company whose mission is to “make positivity louder.” Its three key sectors include: 

• Media + Publishing: PureWow, a women’s lifestyle brand; ONE37pm, a men’s lifestyle brand at the intersection of culture, music, NFTs and sports; and a collection of premium podcast shows that includes the GaryVee Audio Experience, Card Talk, In House with Arielle Charnas, Royally Obsessed and The CMO Podcast with Jim Stengel
• Social Portfolio: 50+ owned and operated accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest, including running TikTok accounts for brand partners
• Talent and Influencer Arm: Strategy and activations ranging from celebrity partnerships and stunts to year long ambassadorships and campaign work across platforms and categories

ONE37pm is looking for an energetic, curious, and experienced Head of Content to join our growing team. If the fast-changing world of male culture across web3/NFTs, Gaming, Fashion, Sports and Pop Culture is all of interest to you, then ONE37pm is the perfect spot. The ideal candidate brings an open mind to the workplace on the daily and is willing to get their hands dirty and learn on the fly as the media and content landscape continues to evolve.

The ideal candidate comes with solid experience running an editorial team that has published content to a site, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of social and modern-day distribution tactics. This person will oversee editorial staff as well as manage a vast freelance network. This person works cross collaboratively with our Video and Creative teams, and reports directly to the General Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of writers and editors
• Responsible for optimizing SEO best practices across all platforms 
• Implement and refine processes for content planning, execution and publishing across site and social
• Hold team accountable for outlined content output 
• Collaborate with Creative Director to lead ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Oversee new editorial initiatives such as affiliate and sponsored content rollouts 
• Work with the GM to help define ongoing editorial direction and uphold brand standards across platforms
• Be accountable for growth KPIs 
• Oversee freelance network and assignments 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• 7+ years in an editorial role in digital publishing 
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with SEO and affiliate content 
• Adept in content operations (managing a schedule, assigning freelancers, leading pitch meetings, etc.) 
• Experience or interest in some or all of ONE37pm’s core verticals (Sports, Gaming, Style, Popular Culture, Web3, Collectibles) 
• Impeccable editorial skills
• An understanding of social media platforms & distribution tactics
• Experience working in CMS (Wordpress) and project management tools (Monday)
• Experience working with affiliate/commerce content is a plus 

Location: New York (hybrid)

• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
• Base Salary $110-140k
