The Office of the Chief Investment Officer, led by co-CIO Harry Schwefel, supports the success and development of our long/short discretionary investment professionals, portfolio construction, and liquidity groups, and continues to advance the tools and resources available to our teams.
What you’ll do
As the Head of Content you will play a critical role in the learning and development of the Firm’s L/S investment professionals. You will build and create content that will balance the needs of the business and the employees. You will partner with the Firm’s various development programs (Point72 LaunchPoint, Point72 Academy, Point72 University) to bring their content visions to life. You will enhance and manage the Firm’s existing library of content.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and Compliance to design and develop world class, innovative, and engaging educational content across various mediums including presentation, video and print material.
- Manage, organize, and curate the Firm’s content library
- Partner with key business leaders to build relationships that will help with the creation and development of best-in-class content
What’s required
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ of relevant work experience in a corporate environment and creating educational/training content
- Excellent project management skills
- Results-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while producing high quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate visions and directions, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships across the firm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated client focus
- Exceptional attention to detail

The annual base salary range is $250,000-$300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
