As the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, you will directly shape and maintain a positive corporate brand and help define new categories for Augury’s solutions and ensure our category leaderships. You'll take a strategic approach, working with the executive team and other stakeholders to ensure our messaging is coherent, consistent, and that our audience comprehends the real value of our products and services.
A Day In Your Life
- Develops and implements a communications strategy that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand and helps define new categories for Augury’s solutions and ensure our category leaderships.
- Oversees corporate communications for various platforms such as social media outlets, tier-1 publications, partners/channels communications, and industry magazines.
- Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed.
- Understanding of how to build and maintain relationships with key influencers, leading industry analysts, and analyst firms.
- Recruit, manage and train internal and external PR experts to help shape and amplify our message and share of voice.
- Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.
- Develops, implements, and adheres to communications budget.
- Develops, composes, distributes, and implements policies to enhance the efficiency of the communications department and to further develop the building and maintaining of a positive corporate brand.
- Responsible for creating and enforcing the company tone of voice and guiding internal and external stakeholders to keep a consistent messaging experience.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a similar leadership role with a B2B company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership.
- Excellent managerial and organizational abilities - manage a global team remotely.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders such as corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.
- Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message.
- Conceptual thinker able to bring new ideas to life and help define new categories and new concepts in technology and manufacturing.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
- Takes initiatives and pushes the team forward to meet and exceed company goals.
- Charismatic - need to be able to lead a team and also influence others within the organization.
- Team player who can both lead and support fellow team members and others in Marketing with content feedback or additional support to meet changing or urgent deadlines.
- Persuasive: Can sell ideas to a varied internal and external audience.
- Candidate should be based on the East coast.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $180,000 to $210,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
