What We Need
We are looking for a seasoned executive to help build and drive our expansion into CTV as a key component of our omnichannel exchange offering. In this role you will be the primary business stakeholder in developing and executing our CTV strategy, including: delivering on our supply and demand needs, marketplace development to evangelize and sell our CTV product and suite of differentiated services, ecosystem partnerships to expand capabilities and improve our offering, and building operational capacity to support future expansion. You will work closely with executives across the company to align customer and market needs with our product roadmap and serve an integral part of the business organization and directly impact the accelerated growth for the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-starter who can think strategically and execute tactically to drive our commercial efforts in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to scale Yieldmo into the CTV market that meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Understand and sell the Yieldmo value proposition to both the buyer and seller communities and develop the go to market to ensure market receptivity and growth
- Identify, build relationships with, and sign premium publishers to become part of the Yieldmo Smart Exchange in partnership with the Yieldmo Supply team
- Lead and negotiate business terms and agreements with potential publishers and work with publisher operations to assist with the integration process and ensure successful launch
- Onboard DSP platform partners to drive deep CTV relationships acting as a trusted consultant and building Yieldmo champions in partnership with the Yieldmo Platform team
- Identify and build relationships with leading agencies and marketers in market to secure preferred partnerships and adopt the Yieldmo CTV product and services and utilize our Smart Exchange in partnership with the Yieldmo Demand team
- Work cross functionally with the product, deals desk, marketing and operations organizations Yieldmo to marshall resources and align plans to support and expand the CTV efforts
- Manage key initiative goals, activities, timelines and actions to to ensure successful achievement of our CTV plan
Requirements
- At least 5+ years experience in AdTech, DSP, SSP, Publisher, Agency
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep knowledge of and relationships within the CTV ecosystem, especially supply
- Demonstrated ability to deliver CTV offerings to buyers and sellers
- Experience with sales strategy, commercialization and ad products development
- Ability to craft and execute strategic partnerships
- Team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and rapport within and across teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
