· Lead a team of two specialized program managers, one focused on our leadership effectiveness program and one focused on our ERG programs.

· Partner with a broad team of cross functional talent including EX Business Partners, Learning and DEI consultants, Marketing leaders, ERG leaders and our ELT to accomplish the above.

· Stay on top of industry knowledge and trends by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and participating in professional organizations.

· Network with other leading organizations and Vista, our private equity partner, to infuse best practices into our leadership development and DEI methodologies.
