B2Spin, a rapidly expanding gaming company, is seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Support and Player Operations to lead our global teams. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker who can drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Here's what you'll do:
- Oversee Operations: Manage and optimize CS, Fraud, KYC, Risk, Payments, and Player Trust & Safety teams.
- Elevate Player Experience: Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Mitigate Risk: Implement robust fraud prevention and risk management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive Efficiency: Streamline payment processing, reduce risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
- Analyze and Improve: Leverage data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and Develop: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the team. Supporting Team Leads drive staff engagement and performance delivering effective results inline with the company OKRs.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of customer support, player management, risk, fraud, and payment operations.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
