What you can expect

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Contact Center Advisory Consulting to join our team. This role will focus on partnering with contact center leaders to develop and implement strategies that leverage cutting-edge technology, seamless integrations, and optimized processes to enhance customer experiences.

What we're looking for

• Have a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in contact center operations, consulting, or related fields
• Have proven track record of leading successful contact center transformation project
• Have in-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, including CRM systems, AI-powered solutions, and omnichannel platforms
• Demonstrate leadership and team management experience
• Have proficiency in project management methodologies
• Have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$187,900.00

Maximum:
$411,100.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
