• Variable: As the Head of Migration, you will be entitled to a revenue share of the estimated annual revenue generated by migrations completed by the team you manage.

About This Job

We are seeking a head of data migration to join us to lead our team of data migration specialists. Our data migration specialists are responsible for overseeing the transfer of our clients' data from their previous platforms to ours. This is a complex process that involves coordinating with everyone involved, obtaining necessary data files, verifying their accuracy, selecting a suitable date for migration, and ultimately, pressing the red button.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent English level. You will be interacting with US based clients, CRM, and payment system representatives on a regular basis, so it is essential that you have impeccable written and spoken English.

• Technical proficiency. While you don't need to be a programmer, you should be comfortable working with standard software packages, advanced Excel.

• Management experience. You should have a solid understanding of how to organize and oversee complex projects without losing track of any critical details.

• Attention to detail. We all make mistakes, forget things, or fail to follow instructions. It's important to be able to spot errors and avoid making them yourself.

• High Energy Level. To succeed, you need to be proactive and have a high level of energy and be able to drive this positive approach with the team.

• Team Management: You should be able to lead the entire team effectively - getting productive work done in a timely, efficient and error free manner. You should be able to coach and mentor them to become proficient in their jobs and ensure customers are satisfied.

• Collaboration. You will need to be able to collaborate with a US based Manager, others team members in different parts of the world to ensure Customer projects are completed by the team on time.

• Escalations. You will need to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated in time. In cases where there are escalations from customers, you should be able to help your team members with crisis management, resolve issues internally and manage the customers effectively.
