Head of Demand Generation (Boston or London)
Job Description

Now all this team needs is a Demand Generation leader who can turn these stories into sales opportunities. This exciting leadership role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, taking complete ownership of driving the inbound funnel.
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering qualified inbound sales opportunities at scalable Customer Acquisition Cost, with ownership of the following channels and practices:
- Paid Search and social programs
- Search engine optimization strategy
- Website performance and conversion rate optimization
- Lead nurture
- Lead hand-off and alignment with sales development teams.
Requirements
We're looking for an individual who combines exceptional analytical and technical expertise with a strong sense of customer empathy and a bias for outcomes, not outputs - this is a role about quality demand, not vanity metrics. We're also looking for:
- Proven success in a demand generation role within B2B
- Demonstrable "T-shaped" leadership competence across digital marketing, with in-depth expertise in at least one area of Search engine optimization / pay-per-click / conversion rate optimization
- Proven success in managing the outcomes of other contributors (direct reports and/or agencies/freelancers)
- Proven expertise in marketing automation (ideally Hubspot)
- Confidence in managing and interpreting data
- A deep curiosity and openness to new ideas and experimentation
- Happy to head into the office once or twice.
