Look no further! We are currently seeking a Design Manager to join our team and play a key role in the creation of our collections at AlphaTauri.

Job Description

Creation of Menswear & Womenswear

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Global Head of AlphaTauri to bring concepts to life and develop key product groups such as Outerwear and Woven. You'll also lead and manage a team of designers to ensure that our products align with our brand DNA, vision, and set targets.

Creating our Signature Product Collections

In this role, you'll be responsible for not only creating visually stunning designs but also ensuring that the technical specifications and functionality of each piece meet our high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life, from concept to production.

Lead the Design Team

Another responsibility of this role will be to guide and inspire our talented design team in bringing our brand vision to life. Your role will involve not just managing, but also leading the way in developing innovative products that speak to our brand DNA and exceed our set targets.

Innovation and Trends

Qualifications

At least 5 years senior level experience in the fashion industry

At least 3 years’ experience managing teams

Deep familiarity and industry knowledge of all product groups, fashion trends and functionality

Knowledge in creating, sourcing and developing procedures in the apparel industry

Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude

Advanced leadership & presentation skills

Knowledge in ADOBE CS and Microsoft office

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
