- You have managed design teams in line with company culture and values. As here, you will be managing 15+ people, so it’s important that you have experience conducting 1-2-1 meetings and leadership.
- You have experience in working in an Agile environment, working cross-functionally with other teams and liaising with C-level colleagues on decision making.
- You have experience with recruitment and are able to look out for the hiring needs, using best practices.
- You have done product strategy management and have collaborated with multiple teams within company.
- You have understanding and experience in budget management for the team and salary reviews.
- As we grow, it is important to build a strong company brand and communicate it onto the consumers.
- Strong expertise in establishing processes and sharing best practices with the team to inspire and bring the creative vision into reality.
- Some examples of tools we are using here at Pennylane are: Slack, Notion, Github, Figma, Miro, Harvestr, Metabase
- As our product is quite complex, you'll be a part of an autonomous and experienced team.
- You will be a thought-leader in Product Design field, representing company and industry events, conducting workshops and representing Pennylane’s Design vision.
