  • Build deep relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive team and company-wide initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, legal, finance, and analytics, often without explicit authority, in order to ensure the success of your partners and initiatives
  • Own the partner process and relationship end-to-end, through initial partnership scoping, negotiation, signing, launch, and ongoing partner management
  • Develop partnership thought leadership; explore potential new operating models and commercial constructs to support market growth and mutual company/partner benefit
  • Own end-to-end relationships with key partners and maintain senior executive-level contacts

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or something you feel is equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in relevant experience, including business development, strategic partnerships, and product
  • Demonstrated ability to build networks across strategic partners departments and senior management at target partners
  • Experience building custom product or integration partnerships
  • Experience managing large, diverse, and strategic partner relationships
  • You can find and nurture new opportunities - developing strategy, sourcing partners, working with product, and going-to-market are normal activities for you
  • Possess strong relationship management skills, with the ability to develop authentic relationships with partners
  • Be adept at solving ambiguous problems and building for scale
  • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
  • Have a strong product sense
  • Be passionate about technology, startups, and supporting early-stage businesses
  • Have an innate curiosity and the ability to uncover the needs of strategic partners
  • Communicate with clarity and purpose in both written and verbal communication
