Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Head of Employee Relations (H/F/D) based in Paris, to join our amazing People team.
About the role 🖥️
- We are seeking a skilled Head of Employee Relations focusing on performance management, employee litigation, unions & CSE relations, and compliance monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
What you will do 👜
- CSE & Unions Relations:
- Act as the primary contact for CSE & union representatives, lead CSE meeting on the behalf of Chief People Officer
- Assist in negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement poor performance management policies.
- Collaborate with HRBP to identify poor performance cases as early as possible to manage them efficiently & successfully.
- Employee Litigation:
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence for employee disputes.
- Draft legal documents, including responses to claims and settlement agreements.
- Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Advise HRBP on compliance issues and best practices.
Who you are ⭐
- You have experience in a fast paced environment
- You have a strong knowledge of French labour laws (knowledge of European labour laws is a nice to have) - Minimum 5 years
- You are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate most effectively with different stakeholders
- You have a positive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- You are a confident team player with the ability to work autonomously
- And as we are a French born international company, you are fluent in both English and French
- You have sound judgement, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
