About Cloud and Network Services - Enterprise Campus Edge

Focused on rapid growth of Campus Private Wireless portfolio on an end-to-end basis, Enterprise Campus Edge is designed to enable this fast-growing business to operate more like a start-up with strong strategic alignment, vertical solutioning and focused market pursuit.

As a Nokia Head of Enterprise Campus Edge Sales for CNS, the role is to develop and implement the new high-volume go-to-market business strategy for our Enterprise Campus Edge and high levels of accountability for execution of targets.

Success will be measured upon achievement of annual Sales Targets and acceleration of order intake and revenues, pipeline management, deal/win conversion, customer satisfaction, organizational health and people leadership capabilities

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Lead the Enterprise Campus Edge Sales end-to-end business and drive achievement of financial targets including orders, revenue, sales margin.
  • Accelerate business results YoY
  • Create and implement Enterprise Campus Edge Sales / Private Wireless go-to-market business strategy and drive execution plans with all functional teams to achieve near-term objectives and longer-term ambitions.
  • Build and leverage trusted partnerships with customer CxO's to help them achieve their business objectives and to fulfil the Enterprise Campus Edge business mission.
  • Managing a global team across Nokia functions
  • Developing compelling marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads
  • Be a thought leader in customer business challenges and proposing unique and differentiated solutions.
  • Build strong and integrated cross-functional teams to ensure e2e business MoO execution, strong governance and business management (from sales, pre-sales, sales support and delivery).
  • Lead business, financial and workforce planning activities and drive execution to achieve results.
  • Guide and motivate all teams to maintain a strong pipeline that supports the achievement of financial targets and that adheres to key CRM principles and metrics (development, velocity, conversion, quality).
  • Develop account plans and winning opportunity strategies according to CNS Enterprise Campus Edge Sales strategy.
  • Provide leadership for all Nokia processes including deal approvals.
  • Develop and lead unit specific growth and improvement programs to drive profitable growth, improve operations, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Provide the vision and leadership to cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales and delivery) and interface with customer executives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be a leader, inspiring, motivating and developing a high performing team as well as manage the people related activities (workforce planning, sales compensation, rewards and recognition, communications and employee engagement).
  • Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • A track record of reaching and exceeding challenging sales goals
  • Track record of developing sales organizations and teams
  • Bachelor or Master's degree education
  • 10+ years technology Sales and Partner GTM experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing direct and virtual teams
  • Strong grounding and passion for the newest technology and industry trends
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize and influence both internally and with the market
  • Capability to manage multinational and cross-functional virtual teams with excellent diplomatic awareness skills
