About the Role:
A successful Head of Enterprise Sales is a member of the leadership team that is tasked with both leading our enterprise sales force and identifying and executing on growth opportunities and operational excellence within the function. They will combine a clear, goal-oriented mindset with high-velocity execution to drive growth within our target-addressable-market. It is a role that requires people management skills, creative problem-solving, and an ability to execute quickly.
The Enterprise Sales team is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers. Team members perform the role of customer liaison and project lead through solution development, implementation and life cycle management of products and services developed to meet customers evolving needs. The Head of Enterprise Sales will lead the team's efforts in identifying new opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Their responsibility will be a combination of managing the team and overall sales pipeline management as well as providing executive engagement and thought leadership. To be successful, the Enterprise Salesperson should have an in-depth knowledge of alternative investments and capital markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage 3 segment-focused pods of 10+ team members composed of experienced sales professionals targeting financial services enterprises across
- Represent Halo's platform and distribution capabilities to win business
- Drive revenue growth in existing enterprise accounts by leveraging client and/or Halo Distribution resources
- Responsible for implementing sales strategy and process across team/channels
- Create and manage accountability practices to drive team toward common goals
- Set and measure KPIs for sales organization
- Set individual goals for personnel, tied to company wide OKRs
- Partner with product management team to identify strategic ways in which the technology can enhance your sales processes
- Partner with counterparts in leadership team when leading cross-functional efforts tied to revenue
Required Education and Experience:
- Previous experience managing a large sales team.
- 10+ years of experience in financial or FinTech sales (Annuities, Structured notes or Alternative investments are preferred).
- Exceptional communications and presentation skills.
- Well organized, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Series 7/24/63
