Head of Finance

Token Metrics is looking for an inspiring Head of Finance to join our leadership team. Your role will involve shaping our financial future, building and leading a high-performing finance team, and providing strategic insights to guide our company. Responsibilities

• Financial Performance: Achieve and maintain a 75%+ profit margin over a 6-month period.
• Forecast Accuracy: Ensure financial results consistently fall within 10% of the company's monthly forecast over a 6-month period.
• Financial Tools: Develop and implement a real-time funnel analysis dashboard for enhanced financial tracking and decision-making.
• Revenue Optimization: Attain a revenue target of $50k+ per employee over a 6-month timeframe.
• GAAP Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP financial planning and forecasting, specifically tailored for startups.
• Crypto Finance: Leverage extensive experience in crypto finance accounting to optimize financial operations.
• Analytical Excellence: Exhibit excellent finance and analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing finance teams, showcasing a proven record of success in team development and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA or ACCA preferred.
• Extensive experience: 7+ years (Post Articleship) in progressively senior finance roles within the fintech industry, demonstrating a strong focus on reconciliation processes.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and reconciliation tools, with a preference for experience with fintech platforms and payment systems.
• Must have crypto finance experience
• Exceptional analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
