Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in partnerships development or consulting.
- Experience with digital advertising business generation in display, mobile and video with Google solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with gaming publishers in business development and driving product partnerships.
- Experience communicating and influencing a range of audiences including executives.
- Knowledge of gaming content owners business growth solutions and ecosystems.
- Ability to lead and influence in a complex matrixed organization.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and grow in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Excellent project management and partner relationship skills.
About the job
In this role, you will work with Google's most strategic gaming partners in the North America region to drive business growth and profitability through Google's platforms, products, and insights. You will focus on current and future business growth opportunities for our partners by building trusted-advisor relationships with C-Suite and executives at partner organizations.
Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $205,000-$301,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of partner managers and business growth leads focused on driving Ads business generation with industry leading publishers.
- Support at all partnership stages including implementation, day-to-day inquiries and business strategy.
- Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of Google Ad Manager and Ad mobile products and services.
- Understand partner needs and opportunities for growth and become a trusted advisor. Identify potential new partners, analyze and create complex structures, negotiate and close business agreements.
- Engage externally with gaming industries to advance Google position and solicit critical feedback on broader trends.
