As the Head of Global Audit and Assurance Solutions, you will steer our strategic direction, developing and implementing a visionary roadmap for our audit and assurance products worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will engage in extensive collaboration with customers, strategic partners, industry luminaries, academic institutions, and senior executives to drive transformative changes in the accounting profession. Leading the charge in innovation for audit and assurance, you will oversee the creation of our cutting-edge platform. This platform distinguishes itself by effectively harnessing data, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to revolutionize engagement strategies, delivering exceptional insights and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Global Strategy Development: Develop and execute our global audit and assurance product strategy, aligning with regional needs and overall company objectives.
• Thought Leadership: Transform the landscape of Audit and Assurance through visionary thought leadership. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative methodologies to redefine industry standards and practices. Actively engage with key industry players, regulatory bodies, and academic institutions to shape policy, foster thought-provoking discussions, and build a robust, forward-looking audit and assurance ecosystem. Champion research and knowledge dissemination that anticipates future challenges and sets new benchmarks for excellence and integrity in the profession.
• Influence and Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of product managers, product owners, solution authors and analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, process improvement and employee engagement within and across teams. Mentor employees, ensuring the inclusion of relevant stakeholders in decision-making processes. Build a supportive culture that empowers teams to take on more responsibilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams and partners, to ensure successful product execution and alignment.
• Innovation and Compliance: Drive innovation while ensuring adherence to global and regional compliance standards.
• Market Expertise: Maintain and develop deep knowledge of global accounting standards, trends, and customer needs, translating these insights into effective product strategies.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a champion for customer needs, building strong relationships and ensuring product offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Performance Management: Own the performance metrics for global products, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery to clients.
• Quality Focus: Uphold and champion high-quality standards in product development to deliver exceptional value to customers.
• Effective Communication: Regularly communicate vision, progress, and updates to all stakeholders, maintaining alignment and clarity across teams.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of firm audit and assurance experience at a Director or Partner level
• Software product management experience is a strong asset
• Proven thought leadership in audit and assurance in North America and Europe.
• Track record of leading large, geographically diverse teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• High proficiency in technology and adaptability to new software solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting of Finance.
• US CPA or comparable relevant professional qualification with a deep understanding of global accounting standards
