Job Description: Head of Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales EnablementOverview:

As the Head of Go-To-Market Strategy & Sales Enablement, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of Kasaโ€™s portfolio. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing our sales strategy, particularly as we work to cross the chasm from early adopters to the early majority in the multifamily short-term rental market.

You will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market sales strategy across our short-term rental business lines to help us achieve our growth targets. This role requires a seasoned professional who is adept at designing a high-touch, complex sales process that fosters empathy and understanding of our customers' needs. You will drive initiatives to train, enable and empower our sales team, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, coaching, and development to achieve their growth targets.

This is a strategic and influential role that requires a strong combination of leadership, analytical thinking, and sales expertise as well as a willingness to roll-up-your-sleeves and get things done quickly and resourcefully.

Expected Near-Term Results
  • Key Result 1: Define, articulate, and execute a sales strategy to improve the predictability and velocity of growth.
    • Key Initiative 1: Define prospect persona(s) to be able to tailor sales process based on the persona(s)
    • Key Initiative 2: Design a formal sales process and common vocabulary for our real estate sales team to qualify leads across the companyโ€™s three main business lines (which are short-term rentals in multifamily, hotel, and single-family properties)
    • Key Initiative 3: Implement and manage the use of a CRM system (Hubspot) to enhance the sales process, improve qualification and prioritization of leads, track property partner engagement, improve forecasting, and improve the feedback loop between property partner needs and company-wide priorities.
    • Key Initiative 4: Lead and structure pipeline meetings and quarterly business review meetings to improve forecasting, qualification, probability, and speed of close
  • Key Result 2: Increase top-of-funnel leads via marketing efforts
    • Key Initiative 1: Utilize content marketing, online advertising, and other sales tactics to amplify the effectiveness of the sales strategy
    • Key Initiative 2: Design and execute a multifamily marketing campaign (i.e. email campaign, LinkedIn Ads)
Required Qualifications:
  • Sales Maximizer: Proven success with driving growth through the design and implementation of sales processes enabled by technology
  • Technical expertise in CRM implementation and utilization as well as in content marketing, online advertising and other sales strategies.
  • Marketing Enthusiast: Has a deep understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of content marketing and knows what content resonates with their target audience, as well as, how to distribute that content in a way that maximizes its reach and impact.
  • Relationship-Centric: Relationship building is in your DNA and rooted in every interaction; consistently deepens relationships with your customers and prospects in a manner that builds trust, leads to stronger partnerships, and a deeper understanding of customer needs.
  • Clear Communicator: Confident and clear communicator; comfortable with being in the spotlight, driving crucial conversations, and delivering feedback.
