What we look for in our ideal Head of Growth team member

• 10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, product marketing and/or business development
• Experience working directly with customers in the life science or biotechnology space in commercial/field teams
• Hands-on experience owning customer relationships end-to-end from initial reachout to long term value creation 
• Self-Driven entrepreneurial enthusiast who thrives on ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment 
• Insatiable hunger for learning and problem solving
• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific discipline; Masters Degree preferred
• B2E experience, Life Sciences or Biotechnology industry experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Your impact

• Build and implement a comprehensive and aggressive business growth strategy plan
• Identify key market segments and develop and execute a go to market B2E strategy to drive revenue growth
• Create compelling storylines and collateral using your scientific background to succinctly articulate the value proposition of Betteromics 
• Execute campaigns to well-defined audiences through the appropriate channels, technologies, and venues to create new business opportunities
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to navigate across business solutions and present conclusions to potential customer
• Build relationships and be a key player in the end to end sales lifecycle
• Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of the growth strategy
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior. Leverage this information to make data-driven decisions and refine strategies for maximum impact
• Strategically forecast and predict growth trends, including employing sophisticated analytics to formulate and refine multi-channel growth strategies
• Measure lead funnel & ROI and use gathered data to pivot sales strategies as necessary

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $240,000 - $270,000, plus variable and a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
