Head of Growth

Position Overview

The Head of Growth will be a founding member of the Marketing team at Contextual AI.  You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive market awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall demand for our enterprise AI solutions. This role requires a blend of data-driven experimentation and decision-making, strategic thinking, and customer empathy.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to identify and develop a plan around key growth priorities
• Develop and execute growth experiments aligned with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities, e.g. awareness, leads, engagements
• Identify efficient marketing investment areas, including industries, use cases, personas, and channels
• Support multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships
• Analyze and report on experiment results to derive actionable insights and iterate on marketing tactics and investment
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics
• Opportunity to build out and lead demand gen and campaign management functions over time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience (4+ years) in growth, demand generation, or a similar role within the technology or AI industry
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and demand generation campaigns
• Experience in designing and implementing marketing experiments, with a solid understanding of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or AI preferred
