Who are you?The Head of Growth sits at the intersection of Product and Strategy. Data-driven with extensive experience managing competing priorities. You’re comfortable challenging conventional thinking and providing the numbers to project successful outcomes. Identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies will be key for this position. You will Improve business metrics to grow revenue and profits in the long term.
What You'll Be Doing:- Own all aspects of our growth and launch strategy, finding new channels and small business customers through to ongoing customer retention.
- Lead the deployment of recurring pilots to explore new channels and iterate and learn quickly before rolling out at a larger scale.
- Develop partnerships as an additional way to generate high quality leads, and source new potential partnerships.
- Be comfortable in different roles and adaptable to quick change and moving priorities.
- Collaborate across internal stakeholders to get buy-in and resources to push forward your growth initiatives.
- Ability to read through customer symptoms to understand and extract the real business problem and then be an effective & empathetic communicator to gain buy-in successfully
- Experience at a top-tier management consultancy or fast-paced start-up.
- Operational experience to see something all the way through from beginning to end.
- Project and program management experience
- Experience in a quantitative role with exposure to analyzing large datasets and explaining complex ideas in a simple manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Curiosity to learn and experiment.
- Humility, vulnerability, and openness are a must
- You love a challenge - both being challenged and challenging conventional thinking
- Comfortable working on multiple workstreams and topics at the same time; pushing to get things done, at times with limited information; taking initiative to ensure successful outcomes
