Job Description
Halo Investing is looking for a data-driven creative thinker to establish a Demand Generation team and discipline with the goal to accelerate the pipeline and deliver the playbook as the guide to the strategy, tactics and logic behind growing and interacting with our clients. This will include owning our objective, strategy, execution, and results for all organic, direct, referral, paid social, paid google, and public relations channels with the primary result of driving the pipeline. In addition, this person will own the insights to create the playbook, weekly demand and leads reporting, act as the liaison with Sales to vet requests and work with finance to track and report Marketing ROI.
This is a strategic role for Halo and will be very visible to the leadership team. The role will collaborate with many marketing and sales team members including Content, Digital, Events and Operations. This group is responsible for ensuring we're generating the right demand, leads and loyalty, supporting buying journeys effectively, we are spot on with our key values and messaging, and that there is positive return on marketing investment.
This leader is in the unique position of driving demand from a high-net worth financial audience as the first phase of the role.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of pipeline creation through digital channels while establishing and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL and pipeline targets.
- Report, analyze and monitor the health of marketing contribution to the pipeline, conversion, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact, acquisition, and activity.
- Ownership of weekly Marketing-Sales Demand and Leads meeting plus ownership of monthly health plan, marketing metrics and goals, reporting on plan v actual MQL, conversion points, scoring and more.
- Ownership of monthly health plan marketing metrics and goals, reporting on number of budgets vs. actual MQL, conversions, conversion points, and more.
- Take an expert seat at the table and provide the team with recommendations on what type of content & tools we need to create and how we can leverage existing content. Act as the Voice of the Customer.
- Collaborate with other stake holders on the marketing team to facilitate and leverage content creation across all channels.
- Build, execute, and optimize organic, direct, referral, paid social, and paid google, public relations and email traffic channels.
- Managing paid media and public relations spend.
- Track and Report both the results and financial returns to build the attribution models
- Works closely with the Sales leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaign ideas.
- Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity.
Requirements
- Ability to be both strategic and a hands-on execution; comfortable in a scrappy start-up environment.
- Experience with driving pipeline through organic, direct, referral, paid social, and paid google, pr, and email traffic channels.
- Experience collaborating with digital teams to improve website experience, tools and conversion.
- Experience collaboration with content team to select and create content to A/B test.
- SEO and SEM expert (both SEO and SEM experience needed).
- Prior experience marketing to a financial audience.
- Data and results-driven mindset.
