Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive growth with ownership of customer acquisition, repeat and retention; implementing and analyzing across the customer lifecycle to deliver growth goals 
  • Oversee the strategy and management of paid acquisition across comp and new stores with media agency (paid social, paid search/SEM, affiliate partnerships)
  • Build and manage forecasting models to deliver against revenue goals for new and existing customers and across comp and new stores
  • Partner with Finance and Head of Data to understand key business drivers and optimize growth plans dynamically 
  • Create a data-driven culture of experimentation to drive growth throughout the funnel, testing, reporting and iterating, supported by product and engineering
  • Spearhead scalable ideas to drive paid and organic growth via testing of new media channels 
  • Own CAC / LTV KPIs for the company - driving profitable growth and increasing scale
  • Partner with brand and retention marketing team on full client life-cycle tests to drive increasing frequency, unique services purchases- building LTV via CRM

Background & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in growth or data-driven marketing role, ideally at a high growth early-stage start-up
  • Must have experience working in a handful of the growth platforms to analyze marketing performance and turn it into actionable insights: e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar analytics platform, Segment, Tableau or similar data & reporting tools, Customer.io or other email/SMS platforms, etc. Basic knowledge of SQL queries
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Data, and Sales to drive forward growth-specific projects and company-wide initiatives
  • Ability to be action- and detail-oriented, organized with ability to manage teams to execute within deadlines
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and inspire collaboration and action
  • Bachelor’s degree required
