As the Head of Growth, you won’t be working from a playbook – you’ll be writing it. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for understanding customer pain points and needs, designing and developing new products to address customer pain points and needs, and managing capital markets strategy, growth and operations. You will be responsible for on-going analysis to evaluate, prioritize and establish a portfolio of high impact solutions that help us achieve our mission. This includes proprietary solutions and strategic business relationships. In addition to leading the capital markets strategy and operations, you will also be responsible for developing the product go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption and organizational growth. You’ll need to be a strategic thinker, able to execute complex deals, , and an exceptionally creative problem solver and business builder.

What You'll Do
- Design strategic growth strategy and push execution; continuously working to scale processes and systems to drive rapid growth
- Design, create and launch new products and services in accordance with the company mission
- Set ambitious growth goals, then tirelessly work to exceed them
- Develop relationships with strategic partners
- Translate business agreements into fully operational business operations - similarly, identify operational improvement opportunities and transform them into business value
- As a senior team member, work with leaders across the organization: foster a collaborative, cohesive, and energetic leadership presence
- Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and an unbelievable product every day
Qualifications

· Financial Services, Mortgage, and Strategy Experience, Business Building Experience
· Entrepreneurial mindset

- 8+ years of work experience, prior P&L management and/or commercial deal-making experience a plus
- College degree; preferably an MBAÂ
