Head of Growth

This role is suitable for an ambitious, flexible business development (BD) or product generalist seeking to work closely with company leadership to drive business growth in multiple strategic areas. The successful execution and growth of this role will be critical for Jaro as we work to deliver a highly-differentiated, cost-centric solution for electric semi-trucking.

Key role responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with critical scaling partners in the EVSE and electric Class 8 industry.
• Deliver critical commercial agreements for scaling our capacity to serve new markets.
• Utilize specific, industry-leading BD methodologies for efficient partnership evaluation and go-to-market strategy development.
• Support VC fundraising in collaboration with CEO.
• Support company strategic decisions.
• Conduct specific, specialized strategic projects.
• Travel: ~10-20%
• Role will evolve and grow rapidly.
