Job description

Team: Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Growth Marketing in United Kingdom.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a full-funnel growth and demand generation engine within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will own pipeline creation across both self-serve and enterprise motions, translating revenue targets into actionable marketing programs. Working at the intersection of product, sales, and RevOps, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business growth. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct involvement in campaign delivery and optimization. You will also oversee marketing operations and the martech stack to ensure efficiency, clarity, and scalability. Leading a small team, you will play a key role in shaping processes, performance, and culture within the growth marketing function.

Accountabilities:

Lead and scale the growth marketing and demand generation function, ensuring consistent pipeline contribution across self-serve and sales-led motions:

  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, translating revenue goals into channel-level MQL, SQL, and opportunity requirements
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs including paid media, ABM, email nurture, webinars, content syndication, and events
  • Build and optimize funnel performance through continuous experimentation, improving conversion rates and pipeline efficiency
  • Work hands-on in campaign execution, including setup in marketing automation platforms, paid media management, and performance optimization
  • Manage and evolve the marketing technology stack in collaboration with RevOps, including CRM, automation, attribution, and lead scoring
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track pipeline, ROI, CAC, and funnel performance with full transparency
  • Partner closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging, improve lead quality, and support revenue outcomes
  • Lead and develop a small growth marketing team, driving performance, capability building, and operational excellence

  • Requirements:

Experienced growth marketing leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS demand generation and pipeline ownership:

    • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, ideally in high-growth or mid-stage environments
    • Proven ability to build or rebuild a demand generation engine with measurable pipeline impact
    • Strong experience owning pipeline targets and working backwards from revenue goals to campaign strategy
    • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
    • Deep knowledge of paid acquisition, ABM, content syndication, email nurture, and event-driven growth programs
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel metrics, and optimize performance based on data
    • Experience marketing to technical or developer-focused audiences is highly desirable
    • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with strong alignment to sales and RevOps teams
    • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced environments
    • Strong experimentation mindset with ability to iterate quickly and scale what works

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package including base salary and equity options
      • Remote-first working model with flexibility within the UK
      • Private medical insurance and life assurance coverage
      • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, global SaaS environment
      • Exposure to leading-edge mobile development and DevOps ecosystem customers
      • Collaborative, fast-moving culture with strong ownership and autonomy
      • Opportunities for in-person collaboration and global team engagement
      • Stable, well-funded company with strong long-term growth trajectory
