We’re looking for an experienced leader to build and champion our GSI partnerships practice at Jasper. You will be tasked with transforming our existing relationships into a cohesive strategy to expand mindshare, grow revenue, and drive joint innovation. This role will develop and own the full strategy and GTM motions with all GSI partners, as well as promote our GSI-related activities - from campaigns to strategic opportunities and related events. You will also work closely with GSI partners throughout their sales cycles to make Jasper the trusted partner for delivering generative AI solutions at scale for their enterprise customers.
This role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States.
Champion Jasper as a transformative marketing technology: Proactively build relationships with external partner stakeholders and push to grow the footprint of these global alliances.
Develop and engage executive-level sponsors: Foster connections between Jasper leaders and partner executives to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
Build and execute mutually aligned business plans: Establish a clear set of priorities, joint initiatives, and specific goals for growing pipeline, wins, and revenue.
Create offerings and go-to-market initiatives: Quantify opportunities and make a compelling business case for investments and integrations with partners.
Collaborate with field sales teams and customers: Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue while building a strong co-sell muscle.
Lead a cross-functional internal team: Work with marketing, revenue operations, finance, customer success, professional services, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and success.
12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales, or business development.
5 years of experience working with Global System Integrators.
Experience designing or building go-to-market models with Global System Integrators.
Experience working with direct sales organizations in hyper-growth technology companies
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record for the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish business strategy
Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem and the implications of GenAI

The expected base salary for this role is $250,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
