Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
About the roleThe Head of GTM (Go-to-Market) Operations and Systems is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of go-to-market initiatives. This role is responsible for developing effective and efficient processes, systems and tooling to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the SaaS sales landscape and using data to assess efficacy of tooling. This candidate should be well-versed in building Sales and Marketing Systems end to end. We are looking for a strong people leader who will use excellent communication to motivate the team, keep projects on track, create an inclusive culture, and have fun.
What you’ll Achieve- Develop and execute strategic plans for go-to-market operations and systems
- Oversee the development and implementation of new processes and systems to optimize the organization's go-to-market capabilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and coordination of go-to-market efforts
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market systems and tooling initiatives
- Monitor and report on performance metrics related to go-to-market operations and systems
- Build and manage a team of high-performing systems/operations experts
- 10+ years of systems, operations, and analytics experience with a track record of driving growth
- Proven experience leading go-to-market operations and systems - Salesforce and Marketo, Zendesk and Gainsight
- Demonstrated ability to write custom code in Salesforce and build integrations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective go-to-market strategies
- SAAS experience
- Startup experience

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $260,000- $290,000 per year.
