About the Team
You will be leading the GTM Strategy & Planning team within our Revenue Operations (RevOps) function. In RevOps we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will be joining a collective of smart, empathetic, collaborative strategy and operations experts who are constantly looking for innovative but pragmatic ways to accelerate the business. You will have a unique opportunity to partner across all GTM functions and have a substantial and direct impact on driving Miro's growth
About the Role
Miro is looking for an experienced Head of GTM Strategy & Planning. You will be leading strategy and planning for Miro's Go-to-Market (GTM). You will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations and be a member of the GTM leadership team. You will partner closely with the CRO, CMO, Head of Sales, Head of CX, Finance, and other GTM leaders as a valued business partner in driving cross-functional planning, building out new routes to market and growth strategies, and guiding the GTM functions to execute flawlessly. You will help drive forward top strategic company and GTM initiatives, and you will play an active role in defining strategic investments that favor the long term and set up Miro for continued success. You will create a center of excellence around strategy definition, buildout, and flawless project execution. You will be a trusted advisor, coach, executor, and great partner to help lead our GTM organization
What you'll do
- Partner and guide the CRO, CMO, and rest of GTM leadership team in driving top strategic growth initiatives
- Drive annual and multi-year planning with GTM leaders and Finance, owning the planning cycle and coordinating with GTM Operations teams
- Lead strategy formulation and plans for strategic initiatives, including problem assessment, determining scope, building project plans, timing, owners, and roles and responsibilities, along with performance metrics to assess progress and success
- Incubate new processes and RTMs as we migrate them into "mainstream businesses and operations"
- Optimize the playbook and ROI of a PLG + Enterprise Sales model
- Partner with other Revenue Operations teams on quota, HC and territory planning, resourcing for tools and systems, identifying processes to support and accelerate growth and scale • Developing and tracking metrics, KPIs, and leading and lagging indicators for success across the entire GTM
- Collaborate with Analytics, Operations, and BizTech to create, build, and maintain data assets and analysis to manage the business
- Develop a world class Strategy & Operations Team
What you'll need
- 12+ years in strategy consulting, strategic finance, Revenue Operations or comparable experience, preferably in high executing B2B Saas organization
- Direct experience partnering with sales, marketing, and CX leaders to build and implement GTM strategies
- Experience working in hyper-growth startup environment, preferable with experience in private, public, and IPO
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales environment and GTM functions, as well as company and GTM financial metrics
- Extensive annual and complex multi-year planning experience
- Understanding of how to create a "consulting practice" to redefine excellence in driving strategy project execution end to end
- Ability to partner with senior leaders across GTM, serving in an advisory role and supporting strategic decision-making
- People management skills: people development, coaching, delegating to provide leverage

The reasonably estimated salary is specific to California and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is between $240,000-$315,000. Included in the total package is an equity component, this may also include variable compensation. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
