Who You Are

Reporting to the Global Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the HR Leadership Team, the Global Head of HR Operations and Technology will have in-depth human resources operations experience in a global, highly matrixed, complex regulatory and business environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading global teams, demonstrated ability to engage cross functional stakeholders, and possess expertise in HR technology to support simplification, digitalization and creation of end-to-end HR services and operations that effectively support the company's mission and strategic corporate objectives. This is a senior level role which will ultimately be accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of HR Operations and HR technology transformational efforts that are currently underway with the implementation of Workday.

What You'll Do

This role will lead global teams responsible for 3 key areas: • HR Service Center and Advisory Services - first line of support for manager and employee questions on policy, procedures, and personnel related matters • Payroll, Time and Absence, Vendor Management - HR shared operational services to ensure timely and accurate employee services including managing vendor performance and risk • HR Information Systems - responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancements to our HR Technology including the Workday implementation

Primary responsibilities include: • Develop & execute a strategy for HR Operations and Technology to deliver continuous process improvement initiatives while providing a positive employee experience • Provide leadership support through strong understanding of each functional area including: Payroll, HR Operations, HR Policy, HR Compliance and Workday Operations NTAC:3NS-20 • Ensure team performance to SLAs, including payroll accuracy and timeliness, HR case resolution, etc. • Responsible for financial and staff planning, including developing and managing capital and expense budgets, and has accountability of performance and profitability of the area • Lead governance for technology releases and requested changes as well as governance for the use of HR data in reports, dashboards and downstream systems • Ensure all business processes and HR systems are fully compliant with local laws and regulations • Manage vendor relationships for technology and services including risk assessment, performance to SLAs and contract reviews • Manage and align multiple priorities through strong project leadership, systems knowledge and effective communications • Continuously coach, guide, and develop your own direct reports and managers to promote strong engagement and an inclusive and empowered team culture • Ensure team thinks global first and local second by encouraging global collaboration, global processes and ensuring the right work is done by the right resource in the right location

Skills/ Qualifications:

The successful candidate will benefit from having: {• Prior experience leading a global HR operations and technology team • Strong technology aptitude, with knowledge of the HR Technology industry, experience with Workday preferred • Prior experience with a global financial services institution strongly preferred • Strong background in vendor and budget management • Highly collaborative with strong relationship management skills and ability to influence across senior stakeholder groups • Ability to deliver results through others with a keen eye towards quality oversight and execution • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong executive presence • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, leadership and organizational skills • Agile in approach and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic global work environment
