We are looking for someone with:Â

Demonstrate ability to apply product and pricing theories to develop practical solutions to various assignments and projects.

Degree holder with reasonable experience in insurance industry
-
A good team player who is keen to learn and able to work independently

With Product or Pricing experience more than 10 years
-
Multi-deliverables are required to ensure completion within challenging timeframe

To support the business with timely analysis to ensure profitable and sustainable business.
On the job you will:
-
Support Chief Product Officer to drive the initiatives to improve KPIs under Persistency Management Committee (PMC), Medical Business Management Committee (MBM) and support other initiatives managed by Experience Monitoring Committee (EMC) inclusive of claims, distributor level/ early indicators, bonus/ crediting ratesÂ

Ensure key risks are analyzed timely to discover potential issuesÂ
-
Use data analysis to monitor patterns (emerging trends) and uncover insights for solutioning and decision makingÂ
-
Identify quick-win and long-term solutionsÂ
-
Form task force which includes relevant stakeholders whenever deem necessary to ensure smooth implementation for any identified solutionsÂ
-
Drive initiatives and track the progress for success rateÂ
-
Ensures "User-Friendly" data info for distribution to monitor the agentsÂ
-
Support Regional IFM on working group meeting and issue learningÂ
