About the Role
Reporting to Senior Director, Head of Security & IT , this hands-on leader will build, oversee and optimize the overall corporate IT infrastructure & architecture. This role is also responsible for partnering with vendors, internal business leaders, and relevant stakeholders to better understand their operations, IT needs/requests, resource procurement and management, and any relevant KPIs.
This passionate individual will lead and develop all IT services built to drive and optimize systems across established and future business processes. The IT Director is responsible for defining the overall organizational IT structure and duties of staff members.
Responsibilities
- Be directly responsible individual at company level for performance and management of infrastructure and services, such as third party SaaS applications, laptops, mobile devices, any on-prem infrastructure, identity and access management systems, email systems and MDM solutions
- Support AWS cloud operations for SRE and Cloud Infrastructure teams as necessary
- Partner with engineering (security, SRE, cloud operations teams), people operations, finance, and accounting to deliver against productivity and security objectives
- Lead the evaluation and delivery of new technologies or capabilities that can be applied across the organization, especially in the areas of identity and access management, network management, endpoint management
- Build and manage a team of 5 IT professionals to support Spotnana business growth and employee footprint across the globe
- Drive and assist IT staff with day to day technical challenges in both applications and hardware support
- Provide hands-on assistance with maintenance of essential IT operations, including servers, operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, network, and hardware
Qualifications
- 10+ years previous experience, 5y in manager-level leadership experience, and some experience working in a modern SaaS delivery company is preferred. Open to Senior Manager and Director level
- Strong communications, process creation and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong experience in Identity and Access Management in a modern enterprise using OKTA, Azure AD, Google or other IDP
- Expert level understanding of SSO, 2FA and passwordless experiences
- Expert level understanding of modern MDM solutions that work across OS, and device types
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects, especially those that impact all users and employees in an organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Experience in SOC2, ISO and PCI-DSS compliance would be a plus
- Experienced in making data-driven decisions
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
- Firm grasp on cloud concepts, especially in AWS
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT & cloud environment
- Established time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management.
- Proven skills in leadership development and team building.

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $150,000 - $180,000 USD.
