The Opportunity

You’ll ensure our digital platforms are reliable and secure while setting strategic direction for our internal IT systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team.
• Oversee system operations.
• Setting the infrastructure strategy.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Working with other departments to understand strategic needs and business priorities. 
• Drive innovation through automation in new and existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in infrastructure operations
• 7+ years leading IT infrastructure and operations teams
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem and Azure cloud
• Proven track record in exceptional customer service
• Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Ability to deliver impactful projects
