As Head of Key Account Management and ‘first Flipster on the ground ’ you will build up our Key Account Management at Flip. This makes you a key player for our further growth and the long-term success of our existing customers. Together with our Sales and Customer Success teams, we realise the full potential of our existing customers and focus on sustainable partnerships.

Your tasks:

  1. Development of Key Account Management:
    • Development and implementation of a key account management strategy from the ground up.
    • Definition of processes, KPIs and best practices for the support of our existing customers.
  2. Operational Responsibility:
    • Identification of growth opportunities with existing customers, including upselling, cross-selling and expansion of business relationships.
    • Responsibility for contract extensions (renewals) and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Strategic Development:
    • Analysing market trends and customer requirements to further develop our offerings.
    • Working closely with product management and other internal departments to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
    • Develop long-term partnerships with key customers to ensure business success.
  4. Team Development and Leadership:
    • Step-by-step development of a high-performance key account team.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in key account management in the B2B SaaS environment and/or tech scale up.
  • Proven success in building and leading teams and increasing sales with existing customers.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
