We are an innovative, fast-paced wireless technology company backed by Innovation Endeavors, Boeing, SoftBank Group and DCM. We’re headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, and our world-class team has built the world’s first commercial direct-to-device satellite network, to connect handheld devices and wearables anywhere. Skylo’s unique service allows standard cellular devices to connect over cellular and satellite networks seamlessly for data, messaging, SOS and other critical applications. We are bringing satellite connectivity to ordinary cellular devices and are preparing to deploy this capability through global carriers. 

We are hiring a Head of Marketing based in Palo Alto, CA to lead our marketing efforts to generate brand awareness and scale for growth.

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Salary range: The typical salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 per year and is commensurate with experience relative to the position

Responsibilities

• Manage Skylo brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms (internal & external)
• Establish Skylo as the market leader in the Direct to Device space; create strategy to keep Skylo at top of mind across the ecosystem
• Provide thought leadership throughout the industry 
• Report on key quantitative metrics to validate success
• Responsible for the creation and development of the customer educational collateral
• Work with Skylo leadership to design effective campaigns and ensure adherence to budget
