We are a recently founded stealth-mode crypto company building a token economy that allows any person to contribute value to groups and businesses they care about... and be rewarded with ownership in the future they are helping to create.
Our founding team are successful entrepreneurs and crypto tech execs from top universities (Williams, Stanford, Harvard, etc.) who have worked together for years.
We’re doing quite well
We’ve quickly raised funds from strategic leaders at top venture firms and businesses, and we are currently in an early closed alpha product phase.
The emerging crypto market sector we’re addressing is BIG. It has created companies worth hundreds of millions of dollars in months - and we are significantly innovating on the capabilities of existing organizations.
What will you be doing
Develop and implement our marketing strategy and approach
- Create strategy for organic and strategic partner rollout
- Create core marketing strategy goals
- Oversee brand, content,and growth marketing
- Strategic insight, direction, and execution to achieve goals
- Create end-user & strategic partner strategy, story, and marketing materials
- Detailed ICP for strategic partners and end-users
- Oversee creation of all marketing materials
- Build a strong content and social marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Head of S.P., and Head of Comm.
- Collaborate and provide clear directional guidance and feedback
- Help attract innovators, partners, and collaborators into our network
- Own and/or support with marketing events. et. al.
- Develop, implement, and execute on analytical marketing
- A/B testing for the website and web app
- Analyze and respond to community behavior across all channels
- Analyze and respond to customer interviews and customer feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing leadership at a tech company
- 2+ years of marketing leadership in crypto
- B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Extensive experience with all sides of tech marketing leadership and implementation
- Ability to balance creative and quantitative sides of marketing
- Excel in highly distributed remote teams
- High emotional intelligence with an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis and marketing analytical software
- Extensive knowledge with consumer segmentation based on product
- Extensive knowledge implementing social / guerilla marketing campaigns - especially in crypto.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent / Native in spoken and written English
- Highly autonomous; you thrive on fast-paced and iterative learning-by-doing
- Intrinsic desire to build alongside a passionate and mission-driven team whose values align with yours
