Hexagon Lavish® is a scientific R&D startup based in Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in the performance of immediate materials characterization and information retrieval technique development and implementation. The company's introductory product, Dubl ï™, is informational interpretation software and service that amplifies and maximizes the utility of computer vision and image processing.
Our technology, informational interpretation, rests at the sub-root of information retrieval and is designed to perform an IMMEDIATE detection functionality utilizing a combination of image processing and computer vision. Our product-in-development, Dubl ï™, exemplifies the aforementioned performance.
Position Overview:
Hexagon Lavish® is looking for THAT prime market strategist; a masterful implementer; that one person whose primary purpose of existing is to assure the company's position in its approach to targeting initial market segments.
The Head of Marketing must be able to participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives. Develop and implement marketing plans that include promotional programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects. The Head of Marketing will be tasked with developing and managing marketing budgets; sales forecasting and product branding plans. Establish the growing target market share and monitor costs and budgets. The Head of Marketing must be experienced in developing and implementing innovative advertising, public relations, social media campaigns and public events.
The Head of Marketing will negotiate with media partners and work directly with the Communications Department in guaranteeing "market advantageous" contracts.
The prime candidate profile will be heavily-governed by the amount of experience they'll be bringing into the company. The minimum required industry-based experience is seven years.
This position is not eligible for H-1B Visa sponsorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be willing to supervise a marketing team which includes hiring, training, workloads, schedules and setting deadlines
- Work with business development team and sales teams on branding initiatives
- Conduct business reviews; perform corrective actions of errors
- Orchestrate "the culture of the company"
- Operate and implement key tactics while comprehending the domain, business strategy and priorities to engage all parties
- Develop and lead execution of any digital marketing strategy with a focus on the customer experience and needs
- Measure profitable funnel conversion; LTV objectives; increase product engagement and user retention
- Analyze user behavior; map customer experiences; and leverage insights of unlocking new growth and opportunities of retention
- Drive efforts of meeting acquisition and retention goals with the "right" tools using SEO, PPC, social media, video (multimedia), email and other means of organic approach
- Implement audience segmentation and testing
- Manage website content production and design process
- Determine best ways to drive content
- Work cross-functionality to ensure cohesiveness and consistency across all touch-points [for the consumer]
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The ideal candidate will be bringing in a minimum of seven years of industry experience. Preferably 10-15 years of industry experience is desired
- A Master's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business. An MBA preferred.
- Harbor a proven ability to develop, plan and implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies
- Have a proven track record of continuous improvement and transformational change
- Have the ability to conduct data-rich analysis and build consensus around recommendations
- Have the ability to effectively manage employees’ performance, communicate performance expectations and objectively evaluate employees’ job performance
- Demonstrate knowledge of principles and processes for providing financial management of an organization. This includes resource management, needs assessment, best practices development, and implementation
- Reputation for being a proactive leader with evidence of having worked as a true business partner with senior leadership teams in program and administration
- Experience in creating and managing external partner relationships
- Results-oriented; understands financial and programmatic requirements and provides solutions in a rapidly changing funding environment and growth-oriented organization
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate, inter-divisional, and divisional strategies and tactics
- Establish and delegate responsibilities, authority, and decision-making appropriately
- Ability to collaborate between cross-functional / interdisciplinary teams
- Articulate ecosystem value and strategy to business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Team-oriented toward one common goal in contrast to individual gain

Base salary for this position is conditioned by a "24-schedule" that awards a certain amount per hour.
This position is a full-time/permanent position and requires a "24-schedule" that equates to a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
