As the Head of Marketing and Brand, you will create and implement strategies that increase brand and marketplace awareness, driving demand for Bloom Energy's technology solutions, as well as positioning Bloom as the industry leader of the energy transition.
You will be responsible for overall brand integrity - showcasing how the company engages with internal and external audiences. This includes developing marketing and communication goals tied to business objectives, stewardship of the brand and brand guidelines, delivering integrated marketing support to major company international initiatives, identifying and segmenting key audiences by vertical, continually improving techniques, tools, and processes to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Also, the role includes overall responsibility and management of outside vendors for branding and digital media.

Strategic Messaging/Brand
- Cleary represent and articulate Bloom's value proposition to our B2B customers
- Contribute to the overall communications strategy and manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise
- Partner with Sustainability on communications strategies to tell the Bloom Energy impact story
Integrated Marketing Communications Leadership
- Lead the activation of Bloom Energy's brand strategy
- Develop strategies for company announcements and events, leveraging channels such as collateral, digital media, advertising
- Drive creative development of integrated campaigns, partnering with internal resources and external agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to build go-to-market plans, and provide direction, feedback and approval for global integrated execution
- Measure and report out on success through leads, MQLs and other campaign KPIs
Digital Marketing and Demand Generation
- Lead the development and execution of short and long term omni-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
- Digital media strategy & implementation, including company website, optimization (e.g.SEO) and digital advertising
- Company collateral development
- Ensure that other product and service collateral are consistent from a branding and content perspective
People Leadership
- Lead Global Brand Team, including: Events, Content Marketing, Graphic Design and Web
Your credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or another related field (required)
- Minimum of 10+ years of marketing and brand leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Experience managing traditional and digital agencies.
- Creative individual with experience in the creative process, including development of campaigns in a variety of mediums.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to solve problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary Ranges:
$209,100.00 - $300,900.00
